Dungeness Crab with Easy Garlic Butter
Serves Two
Prep & Cook Time 15 mins.
Ingredients:
1 Fresh Dungeness crab 2lbs+
Water for 4 times the volume of the crab for boiling
4 Tbsp. salted butter
2 Cloves garlic minced
Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
Method:
Bring a covered stock pot of water to the boil. Place the crab in the pot, replace the cover and wait for the water to come back to the boil. Continue boiling for 14 minutes. Place the butter, garlic and lemon juice in a ceramic microwaveable dish and microwave for 2 minutes. Remove the crab from the pot and cool under cold running water for 2 minutes.Crack and serve.
