Orange Rind Lemonade

Ingredients:
The juice of 2-3 large lemons
1 cup   left- over syrup from the orange rind preparation - 1 to 1 ratio or 1/2 cup of the 2 to 1 ratio
3 cups San Pellegrino water or any sparkling water
Generous amount of ice cubes
Slices of lemon


Method:
Simply mix lemon juice, syrup and Pellegrino in a pitcher and place in the fridge for 10 minutes to blend the flavours. Then add ice, stir and serve with a slice of lemon.
