Oysters Kilpatrick

Ingredients:
6 large beach oysters
8 slices of bacon finely sliced
3 Tsp. of worcestershire sauce
6 wedges of lemon

Method:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Put the bacon slices in the freezer. Place the oysters on a baking sheet in the oven for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and pop open. Leave the oyster meat on the cup-like deeper half of the shell. Increase the oven temperature to 400 F. Remove the bacon from the freezer and slice finely.{This short time in the freezer makes it much easier to slice through}. Spread the bacon slices evenly over the oysters also adding a 1/2 tsp. of the worcestershire sauce on top of each one.  Place back in the oven for another 8-10 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
Serve with a wedge of lemon.
