B.C. Shrimp & Apple Salad


Serves: Two,   Prep time: 5-6 minutes

Ingredients:
I Large Apple   peeled, seeded and cubed
½ -3/4 lb.  Hand or machine peeled B.C. shrimp
I Ripe   Avocado cubed
Juice of one lime
Pinch of cayenne
Sea salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
2 Tbsp  Fresh chopped cilantro
2-3 Tbsp     Mayonnaise

Method:
Place all of the ingredients above in a bowl except for the mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Then add the mayonnaise and mix again.
Place the salad in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes to chill  before serving..
